Green Goddess Roasted String Beans

Do you need an easy and flavorful veggie side? Here is one of my go to's. And guess what. You can also use frozen string beans ! You can cook them for only 10-15 minutes if you want a crunchier texture. I like my string beans a bit mushy though! A cool way to use any frozen vegetable is to take a boiling hot roast chicken out of the oven and then add your frozen vegetable directly on top. Cover the entire dish with tin foil tightly. Place it back in the oven, but turn off the oven. Let it sit in there for about 10-15 minutes. It will become perfectly steamed as well as flavorful from the chicken. If you have potatoes or rice under there, you got yourself a one pot meal.
