Sesame Garlic Roasted Broccoli

Sesame Garlic Roasted Broccoli Ingredients:

Roasted Broccoli:

1 bag of 24 oz frozen broccoli
1-1.5  tsp kosher salt
½ black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
½ hot pepper flakes
2 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425.
  2. On a real cookie sheet, spread the broccoli out evenly.
  3. Put the broccoli in the oven for 20 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
  5. Take the broccoli out of the oven. Add the mixture on top of the broccoli. Coat evenly.
  6. Put back in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the tips begin to char. Serve immediately.

Note - This makes an amazing roasted broccoli soup (minus the soy sauce and sesame seeds). Just add water, cook and immersion blend it up. Enjoy!
