Won’t Make It To The Table Potatoes

What can be bad about a potato with garlic. NOTHING. But these potatoes are one step above
the amazing potato/garlic that exists on its own. It’s a burst of flavor from the garlic and herbs.
You will get a gorgeous crust on the outside if you cook it on a cookie sheet. The fresh garlic
makes this recipe amazing. Add the hot pepper flakes for another spicy element. Double this
recipe because these potatoes get stolen straight out of the oven!

Garlicky Red Potatoes

Garlicky Red Potatoes Ingredients:

4-5 red potatoes, cubed
5 cloves of garlic, minced
¼ cup olive oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Dried oregano, to taste
Chili powder, to taste
Red pepper flakes, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
    2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed red potatoes and minced garlic.
    3. Season the potatoes and garlic with salt, pepper, dried oregano, chili powder, and red pepper
    flakes, to taste. Mix well to coat evenly.
    4. Spread the seasoned potatoes and garlic on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or
    aluminum foil, ensuring they are in a single layer.
    5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden
    brown, stirring occasionally for even cooking.
    6. Once roasted, remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish.
    7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
    8. Enjoy your delicious roasted red potatoes with garlic and herbs as a side dish to complement
